A POP Pass is a ticket to see ALL Grandstand Entertainment. POP Pass pricing is $35 (Holiday Special Nov 27-Dec 31), $40 (Jan 1 - July 4) and $50 (July 5 through the fair).
A portion of the proceeds will be given to Franklin County 4-H with credit given to your favorite 4-H member. You must mention your favorite 4H member by name when ordering for them to get credit.

The best deal is to purchase a POP Pass for $35 from BLACK FRIDAY through December 31. Regular price from Jan 1 through July 4 is $40. Price moves to $50 after July 4 and runs through the fair.
