A POP Pass is a ticket to see ALL Grandstand Entertainment. POP Pass pricing is $40 (Jan 1 - July 4) and $50 (July 5 through the fair).
A portion of the proceeds will be given to Franklin County 4-H with credit given to your favorite 4-H member. You must mention your favorite 4H member by name when ordering for them to get credit.
